1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to AutoRushClub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutoRushClub Ltd ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of our website (autorushclub.com) and the purchase of our products.

By accessing our website, browsing our products, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products.

• Leather is a natural material, so variations in grain and texture are normal and expected
• Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent exact items

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

3.3 Product Availability

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. Shipping and Delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from AutoRushClub pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier.

5.4 International Customers

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product:

• Is in its original condition (unused and unworn)
• Has all original tags and packaging
• Shows no signs of use, wear, or damage
• Is not a custom or personalized order (non-returnable unless defective)

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at hello@autorushclub.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the return to the address provided (we provide prepaid labels for UK returns)
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days

6.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

We refund the product price and original shipping charges (if the return is due to our error). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

6.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as returns with new orders. If you need a different size, color, or product, we will:

• Process your return per our return policy
• Ship your replacement item immediately upon receiving your return
• Cover shipping costs both ways for UK exchanges

6.5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:

• Provide a free replacement product
• Cover all return and replacement shipping costs
• Process the replacement immediately without waiting for the return

7. Warranty

7.1 2-Year Warranty

All AutoRushClub products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Stitching failures or thread breakage
• Defects in leather quality (splitting, excessive stretching)
• Hardware failures (buttons, snaps, zippers)
• Separation of glued components

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage from improper care or cleaning
• Natural variations in leather color or texture
• Patina development (this is normal and desirable)
• Products that have been altered or repaired by third parties

7.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a free repair or replacement at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of AutoRushClub Ltd or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
