What type of leather do you use?

We use exclusively full-grain leather sourced from reputable tanneries in Italy and England. Full-grain leather is the highest quality available-it includes the entire grain layer of the hide with all natural texture intact. We never use corrected-grain, split leather, or bonded leather. Our leather is the same grade used in luxury car interiors and high-end leather goods. It's chosen for durability, natural beauty, and aging characteristics.

How long will my leather accessories last?

With proper care, AutoRushClub products can last 20+ years. Full-grain leather is incredibly durable and actually improves with age, developing a rich patina over time. We've had customers using our products for 5+ years with no signs of wear-just beautiful aging. All products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, but the actual lifespan far exceeds that with normal use and occasional conditioning.

Will these products fit my car?

Most of our products are universal-fit, meaning they work with the vast majority of vehicles. Our gear shift covers, handbrake sleeves, and steering wheel covers use adjustable designs that accommodate different sizes. For key cases, we offer both universal options and vehicle-specific cases for popular models (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, etc.). How do I care for leather car accessories?

Leather care is simple. For routine maintenance, wipe down with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust and light dirt. Every 6-12 months, apply a leather conditioner to keep the material supple and prevent cracking. We recommend natural conditioners with beeswax or lanolin. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, and don't over-condition (which can make leather feel greasy). The natural oils from your hands will also nourish the leather over time. How long does shipping take?

UK mainland orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days with standard shipping, or 1-2 business days with express shipping. Orders are processed within 1 business day (usually same day if ordered before 2pm). International shipping to Europe takes 5-10 business days depending on destination. All orders include tracking information. Free UK shipping on orders over £50.

Can I return products if they don't fit?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If something doesn't fit properly, isn't the right color, or you're simply not happy with it, return it for a full refund or free exchange. Products must be in original condition (unused/unworn). We'll provide a prepaid return label for UK returns. For international returns, we'll refund return shipping costs up to £15. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Do you offer custom colors or personalization?

Yes! For custom orders, contact us directly. We can source leather in various colors (black, brown, cognac, tan, navy, burgundy, etc.) and can add personalization such as embossed initials or custom stitching colors. Custom orders typically add 2-3 weeks to production time and may have minimum order requirements. Are your products ethically sourced?

Yes. All our leather is sourced as a byproduct of the food industry-no animals are raised specifically for their hides in our supply chain. We work exclusively with tanneries that meet strict environmental and animal welfare standards. Our preferred tanneries use vegetable tanning processes (avoiding harmful chromium compounds) and implement water recycling systems. We're committed to responsible sourcing and sustainable practices throughout our supply chain.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. How to Return

Contact us at hello@autorushclub.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return label (UK only) or return instructions. Pack the item securely in original packaging and send it back. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days or ship your exchange immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Exchanges are free within 30 days. We'll ship your exchange item as soon as we receive your return, so you won't be without your accessory for long. For exchanges, we cover shipping both ways within the UK.

If you email on Friday evening, expect a response Monday morning. Holidays and weekends add delay. This is a small operation, not a 24/7 call center.

For order-related questions, include your order number in the subject line. This helps us find your information quickly and respond with specific details. Without an order number, we have to search by email address or name, which takes longer and increases error probability.

Complex questions requiring research or testing might take 48-72 hours. For example, if you're asking about compatibility with an unusual key fob model, we need to check our records, possibly contact our workshop, maybe even look up the fob specifications. Simple questions get fast answers. Complicated questions take time. We prioritize accuracy over speed.

What Information Helps Us Resolve Issues Faster

For product questions, tell us your vehicle make, model, and year. For key cases specifically, include the key fob model number if you have it. More information upfront means fewer back-and-forth emails. If you're asking "will this fit my car?" and don't tell us what car, we have to ask, you have to reply, we lose a day or two.

For quality issues or defects, send photos. Describe what's wrong in specific terms. "The stitching failed" is better than "it broke." Tell us when you purchased it and how you've been using it. This helps us determine if it's a manufacturing defect (covered by warranty) or normal wear (not covered). Be honest about usage-we're not trying to avoid warranty claims, we just need accurate information.

For order status questions, include the order number and the email address used for purchase. If you're asking about delivery, check the tracking number we sent first. Most "where's my order?" questions can be answered by the tracking information. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, that's when to contact us-we'll investigate with the carrier.

Return and Replacement Guidelines

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Product must be unused-we can tell if it's been installed or carried. Original packaging required. Contact us first before shipping anything back. We'll send return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without authorization might not be processed correctly.

Defective products get replaced immediately. Email us photos showing the defect. If it's clearly a manufacturing issue, we ship a replacement right away-you don't wait for the defective item to arrive back. We trust customers on this. Once you receive the replacement, send the defective item back using the prepaid label we provide. Keep tracking information.

Wrong size or color orders can be exchanged. Email us within 7 days of receiving the order. Return the unwanted item in original condition. Once we receive and verify it, we ship the correct item. For UK customers, we cover return shipping both ways. International customers pay return shipping but we cover the outbound shipping for the replacement.

Custom color requests are possible but require minimum orders and longer production time. Standard colors (black, brown, cognac) are in stock. Other colors need to be specially sourced and might take 4-6 weeks. Custom colors typically require ordering at least 3 items to justify the leather procurement. Email us with your color requirements and we'll provide accurate timeline and pricing.

Personalization like embossed initials or custom stitching colors is available on most products. Minimum order requirements apply-usually 2+ items for personalization. Add 2-3 weeks to standard production time. Some products can't be personalized due to design constraints. Ask us first before assuming personalization is possible.

For products not in our catalog, describe what you need in detail. Include intended use, dimensions, any compatibility requirements. We evaluate custom product requests individually. Some are feasible, some aren't. Complex custom work requires design time and minimum order quantities.
